  • Jan-Olof Dahlén

    Chairman of the Board

    Jan-Olof Dahlén is a Civil Engineer, having graduated from Chalmers Technical College, as well as having graduated in Civil Economics from Handelshögskolan in Gothenburg. He has worked actively in business for 14 years, as CEO for AB Carl Lamm, among other roles. As well as this, Jan-Olof has been active as Management Consultant for 24 years, as partner and Vice President with Booz Allen hamilton Inc, with around 18,000 employees, and several other companies. His focus has been to help companies find both increased growth and greater profitability. Apart from his role as Chairman of the Board with Brand Factory, Jan-Olof also has other Directorship roles in, among others NCAB and Millistream AB.

  • Niclas Engsäll

    Board member

    Mr Engsäll has been with Grow Partners since the start of the company in 2004. Grow has since then lead the branding and creative process of companies including Helly Hansen, Ramirent, Bring, Iittala, Bentley, Assa Abloy/Yale and the Royal Wedding 2010 to name a few. Before joining Grow, Mr Engsäll was Art Director at Swedish Hachette, a media company publishing magazines such as Elle and magazine Café.

  • Petri Melanen

    Petri Melanen, born 1961, has been a board member of Brand Factory since 2003. Mr Melanen is a trained army officer. He was previously CEO of Brand Factory Finland Oy (formerly Mainospyörä Oy) for 15 years and is currently Chairman of Brand Factory Finland Oy.

  • Christer Nilsson

    Christer Nilsson
    Board Member

    Christer Nilsson, born 1952, has been a board member of Brand Factory since 2003. During the period from 1985 to 1992 Mr Nilsson worked as Sales and Marketing Manager at 3M Svenska AB. He then worked as CEO of Made in Sweg Graphics AB. Mr Nilsson worked at Brand Factory since the start in 2003 up to 2011.

  • Kristina Patek

    Board Member

    Kristina Patek joined Scope as partner in 2008 with a background as Investment Manager with Ratos AB since 2001. Prior to Ratos, Mrs Patek was CEO for Cell Innovation, making investments together with entrepreneurs in IT and media, following five years working internationally as management consultant for Accenture. Mrs Patek is a board representative in Bookstop AB (Pocketstället), Wright AS, Minomin Holding AB, and MedCap AB.

    Mrs Patek holds a Master of Science in International Business Studies and Economics from the University of Uppsala.

  • Erik Stålbo

    Erik Stålbo
    Board Member

    Erik Stålbo, born 1971 in Nacka. Newly elected in Brand Factory's board after the acquisition of Printley AB. Former co-owner of Printley. Broad background in graphic arts industry. 1989 - 1998 KåPe Grafiska. 1998 -2005 Silko AB, Rekord Offset AB, Name Changed to Printley 2005-2011. Eric now works as a customer group manager in one of Printleys four production teams.

  • Arne Carlsson

    Deputy

    Arne Carlsson, born 1967, has been a board member of Brand Factory since 2003. Mr Carlsson has worked in the industry since 1991, mainly with different types of sales assignments. Mr Carlsson currently works as Senior Key Account Manager in the subsidiary Brand Factory Nordic AB.

  • Sophie Hagströmer

    Deputy

    Sophie Hagströmer joined Scope in 2008 following three years at ABN AMRO Corporate Finance in Stockholm. Previous to ABN AMRO, Ms Hagströmer worked at Capto Financial Consulting. 

    Ms Hagströmer is a deputy board representative in SmileCo Group AB and Footbalance. Ms Hagströmer holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Management and Engineering from Lund Institute of Technology and UC San Diego.
